Our President

Phillip Restivo, a California native, started his career in the United States Air Force in 1981 as a Pneudraulics Technician on T-37B and T-38A aircraft. After four years in the USAF, he was hired at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation where he held various positions. Repair and Overhaul Mechanic for Landing Gear and Thrust Reversers, Service Center Technician, Crew Chief to include Scheduled Maintenance and ARCS Inspections, Technical Operations in which his roles included Mechanical Systems Specialist, Supervisor and Senior Manager, G650 and G280 Entry Into Service (EIS) with responsibility to ensure all EIS Customers and all of Gulfstream Customer Support were prepared for EIS on both of these new model aircrafts. Finally, Director for the Americas within Customer Support. His responsibilities included managing customer relationships and resolving concerns for all model aircraft in the Americas. After thirty-three years, he retired from Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in October of 2019 and took the opportunity to launch ClearVision Aviation Services; an Aviation Consulting Company with a mission of providing reputable, reliable and superior customer service. Phil has experience with Gulfstream, Falcon, Bombardier and Lear Jet. He successfully provides high quality results with great cost savings to his clients.

Clear Vision Aviation Services has been very busy since this business was started in 2019. We have grown from being dedicated and focused on the Gulfstream product line (GII thru G650ER, G500/G600) to overseeing Bombardier 350, Lear Jet 45 & 60 and Falcon 2000 maintenance efforts.
